Our digital guides and templates cover steps and best practices for apartment acquisition. Access to these products is delivered electronically upon payment of the applicable fee.

2.3 Goods

We may provide printed materials or kits related to apartment purchase guidance. These items are shipped to the address you specify.

3. Fees and Payment

Payment for services, products, and goods must be made in full before delivery or commencement of any work. We accept major card methods as indicated at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Legal Support Services

Clients may request a refund for legal support services within 7 days of payment, provided no substantive work has begun. If preparatory tasks such as document drafting or consultations have been completed, fees for those tasks are non-refundable. Alternatively, upon request, you may reschedule or transfer your service appointment to another date.

4.2 Information Products

If you find that an information product does not meet the description provided, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase and before the product files are fully accessed. Once files are fully downloaded or opened, no refund will be issued.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be refunded if sent back in unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process a refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days. You are responsible for shipping expenses.

5. No-Refund Services

Certain premium consultation sessions and expedited report delivery are provided on a non-refundable basis due to the dedicated reservation of specialist time. These services are clearly labeled at checkout. By purchasing these options, you acknowledge that no refund will be issued.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on aptavion.link, and the updated version will take effect immediately upon posting.
